Today I went out with an old friend. Her fiancee just broke up with her and she’s completely out of it. I ordered cake to try and cheer her up, but we both ended up pigging out and heading home early.

I kept thinking about the whole thing all the way back. Scratch that, I still can’t get it out of my head. Someone’s there, then they’re just gone. Got me ranting a little bit. If you’d like to hear how I feel about all that, here’s the recording.
